Directions to The Long Barn: From Winchester: Leave Winchester on the B3049 (the Stockbridge road). After 4 miles turn left at The Rack & Manger Public House towards King's Somborne. After 5 miles you enter King's Somborne. Just after the 30mph sign you will pass a ford with white railings on your right. The Long Barn is the next entrance on the right over a small bridge. From Romsey: Leave Romsey on the A3057, signposted Stockbridge. After 7.5 miles you enter King's Somborne. Just beyond the Church turn right, signposted Winchester, then after about 100 yards turn left into Winchester Road. Pass the Cross Stores on the right and then the Corner Stores on your left. Continue for about one-third of a mile. The Long Barn is on the left, entrance over a small bridge. If you reach the ford on the left with white railings, you have overshot as The Long Barn is the last house before the ford. From Stockbridge: Leave Stockbridge on the A3057, signposted Romsey. After about 2 miles you will pass the King's Somborne sign. You will see a sign for a small left hand side road. Ignore the farm track immediately after the sign and take the next small left turning towards the ford. At the T junction (ford) turn right. The Long Barn is the next entrance on the right, over a small bridge.
