We specialise in conveyancing: houses and flats in town and country and also the buying and selling of farms, estates and other rural properties. We deal with the day to day matters arising out of the ownership of rural properties, including Countryside Stewardship, pipelines and telecoms, tied cottages, Assured Shorthold Tenancies, Farm Business Tenancies and Agricultural Holdings Act Tenancies. We act for Property Developers, Leasehold Management Companies and Educational and Religious Charities. We deal with Business Tenancies of commercial properties, Powers of Attorney and routine Wills and Probate. We have good contacts with local Estate Agents, Land Agents, Accountants and Bankers, and with specialists in such areas as Employment Law and Tax Planning, whom we involve in more complex matters.

Low overheads enable us to keep our charges competitive, and, being a small firm, clients will normally deal only with one solicitor, who will look after their work from start to finish. We take pride in the fact that most of our work is repeat business and new clients coming by personal recommendation.

Our office is in a rural location with ample parking, usually less than 20 minutes drive from Winchester or Romsey and 30 minutes from Salisbury or Basingstoke.
